The Broker — The Short Version
TabTrade opened in Q1 2026. Online broker registered in Saint Lucia, licensed through the FSRA. The person who started it is Benjamin Boulter. Previously, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, an well-known broker.
The BlackBull connection matters. It says the founder has actually done this before. Does not guarantee anything. It is better than someone with no brokerage experience.
They launched with execution through Equinix servers. Same data centres prime brokers run on. The typical new launch focuses on ads and sign-up promos. TabTrade did the opposite. Not the typical playbook.
What you can trade: FX, stock indices, gold, silver, commodities, equities, cryptocurrencies, exchange-traded funds. Over 1,000 instruments. For a platform this new, the breadth is broad.
What You Trade On
They offer: MetaTrader 5, cTrader by Spotware, and web trading. Both MT5 and cTrader from the same login. A lot of brokers pick one platform. Access to both is useful. Use whichever you prefer.
MT5 is what most people know. Full charting, automated trading, tons of scripts and indicators. If you have traded on a MetaQuotes platform previously, it is familiar territory.
cTrader by Spotware is the alternative. Better depth of market. Smoother chart interaction. Native automated trading. Many people like it better than MT5 after comparing.
Direct FIX connectivity is offered for automated strategies but needs the VIP tier ($25,000 to open). TradingView is apparently in the works. That would be a good addition when it arrives.
Costs
Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard. Spreads from 1.0 pips. No commission. Simple. Zero deposit requirement. Good for anyone who does not want to think about commission.
Edge account. Interbank-style spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Commission of $3.50 per side. What you actually pay: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On majors, the raw spread is frequently a fraction of a pip. So your real cost sometimes sits below 0.5 pips. That is good for a broker with no minimum deposit. Most platforms that run raw pricing at this level require a minimum deposit. TabTrade does not.
VIP account. $25,000 deposit required. FIX connectivity, sub-20ms execution, negotiated fees. Not something the average person. Ignore this one unless you move real size.
Infrastructure
The execution is the area where Tab Trade actually does something different. Equinix servers in London. Execution below 30 milliseconds on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. That is proper execution targets. Most retail brokers quote hundreds of milliseconds.
Should you care? If you scalp, absolutely. The difference between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is the difference between. If you hold positions longer, you probably will not feel it. But the fact that the setup is serious. That signals something about priorities.
Pair that infrastructure with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and the overall offering holds up. Few brokers with no minimum deposit offer execution like this.
Safety
Here is the thing that requires honesty. Tab Trade is licensed by the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is tier-3. No ASIC. No government-backed safety net. If the lack of tier-1 regulation makes you uncomfortable, look elsewhere. Lots of FCA-regulated options out there.
That said. The founder came from BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The server placement costs real money. Dodgy operations do not pay for Equinix connectivity. None of this replace tier-1 regulation. It should inform your assessment.
The trade-off: you give up tier-1 protection. What you get instead: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, $0 to start, fast fills. Whether that is worth it is your call.
The Bonus
Tab Trade runs a deposit bonus of up to two thousand dollars. Standard deposit match. You put money in, they add bonus funds. The normal fine print: turnover conditions before you can withdraw the bonus. Review the fine print before you deposit.
